知情人士透露，Antero Resources正在就收购页岩气生产商HG Energy进行深入谈判，这项交易将有助扩大该公司的天然气储备。

　　因讨论非公开消息而要求匿名的知情人士表示，最快可能周一宣布这项交易。知情人士称，收购HG Energy的交易金额在数十亿美元级别。HG Energy的母公司为Quantum Energy Partners。

　　媒体此前报道称，HG Energy曾在2022年寻求出售，当时估值超过30亿美元。

　　知情人士表示，交易尚未最终敲定，谈判仍可能破裂，交易条款也有可能发生变化。

　　Antero、HG Energy和Quantum的代表均暂未回应置评请求。
