据报道，IBM正就以约110亿美元收购数据基础设施公司Confluent进行深入谈判，此举旨在提升IBM捕捉日益增长的云服务需求的能力。

　　据知情人士称，该交易最早可能于美国时间周一宣布。

　　Confluent是一个用于处理海量实时数据流（从银行交易到网站点击）的开源平台。今年10月有报道称，在吸引了潜在买家的兴趣后，Confluent正在考虑出售，并已聘请一家投行来管理这一过程。

　　根据lSEG的数据，Confluent的市值约为80.9亿美元，而总部位于纽约的IBM的市值约为2878.4亿美元。

　　在IBM 10月份公布其核心云软件业务增长放缓后，投资者变得谨慎起来，这引发了对该公司保持增长势头的能力的担忧。分析师表示，IBM将需要更强劲的软件表现来保持整体增长。

　　IBM的收购战略仍然是满足投资者期望的一个关键焦点。去年，该公司以64亿美元的价格收购了HashiCorp，扩大了其基于云的服务，以满足人工智能推动的日益增长的需求。
