就是一个慢速、透明、公平的价格发现过程，最终成交价比底价高出 59%——而且竞拍者实际上有好几天的时间可以更早出价、获得更好的平均价格。即便你在第一天按照 100 亿美元 FDV 去出价，你也不会“买贵”，反而会在底价与最终清算价之间获得一个折中的 DCA 成交价。
现在，这次拍卖所得的大部分资金与代币储备将用于为 Uniswap v4 池子提供初始流动性，成为最主要的二级市场流动性来源。”
