FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) has completed the acquisition of Remunerator, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
On Nov. 16, the company said it will acquire the salary packaging platform and novated lease provider for an upfront payment of AU$31.4 million and up to AU$8.6 million in deferred and contingent payments.
Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Monday trade.
