Prospera Global (SGX:5HH) agreed to dispose of an agricultural property located in North Dakota, U.S., to JRA Real Estate for $550,000, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This comes after the company received an offer to acquire the investment property, which comprises 125 acres of land with a freehold tenure.
The property is currently held as non-operational, with the company actively seeking offers from potential buyers.
