Centurion Accommodation REIT (SGX:8C8U) secured an approval and a license to expand its Westlite Toh Guan dormitory and expand it further, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 1% in Monday trading.
The approval is for the retention of 664 beds until Dec. 31, 2028, thus allowing the REIT to expand its capacity beyond the initially approved limit.
