Caprice Resources Starts Air-Core Drilling at Western Australia Project; Shares Down 4%

Caprice Resources (ASX:CRS) started air-core drilling at the Island gold project in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program forms part of the 20,000-meter fourth-phase drilling campaign, and will target high-impact strike extensions to the Vadrians deposit and test parallel banded iron formations within the mining lease, the filing said.
The company expects completion of the diamond drilling component of the campaign in the fourth quarter, while reverse circulation drilling will continue in parallel, per the filing.
Shares fell 4% in morning trade on Friday.
