Motorcar Parts of America (MPAA) said Monday that its board has approved an increase in its share repurchase authorization to $57 million, up from the prior $37 million limit.
The company said it currently has about 19.6 million shares outstanding.
Shares of Motorcar Parts of America rose 7.5% in recent trading.
