　　为探索实现自由贸易账户跨境资金自由收付，满足实体企业新发展需求，中国人民银行上海总部近日印发《上海自由贸易试验区自由贸易账户功能升级实施办法（试行）》。

　　中国银行率先实现新政项下多项业务落地，试点业务启动当日，帮助五家企业凭收付款指令直接办理各类业务，如自由贸易账户（FT账户）升级账户项下的跨境融资、境外放款等，涵盖芯片半导体、石油化工、汽车等多个行业。此外，中国银行还成功试点FTN与境内账户之间货物及服务贸易项下的外币划转业务，便利非居民企业与境内企业之间的资金结算。

　　作为首家通过分账核算单元验收的银行，中国银行依托自贸区金融创新最重要的载体FT账户持续开展金融创新，不断提升“引进来”“走出去”金融服务水平。自开立全市场首个FT账户以来，中国银行已累计为1.25万客户提供FT账户服务，实现FT离岸经贸业务、FT全功能资金池、非居民FTN贷款等多项市场首发，2025年办理FT账户下国际结算量超500亿美元、跨境人民币结算超2000亿元。
