Wee Hur's (SGX:E3B) subsidiary, Wee Hur (Australia), established a joint venture company, Wee Hur Australia (Land), with WM (Australia) in Singapore, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new company will invest in residential land subdivision in Australia, with Wee Hur Australia having an 80% stake in the JV.
