New Century Healthcare Shareholders Terminate Voting Agreement

New Century Healthcare (HKG:1518) said a voting agreement between its chairman, chief executive and controlling shareholder Jason Zhou and substantial business owner Liang Yanqing was terminated by mutual consent, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

Shares of the healthcare company fell over 7% in morning trade Friday.

Under the previous agreement, Liang was bound to follow Zhou's voting directions when exercising her voting rights.
