南方财经12月5日电，12月5日，小牛电动发布关于积极落实电动自行车新国标的声明。其中提到，近期网上出现的一些关于新国标车型的质疑，如“不能带小孩”“铁皮座椅”“超速刹车”等，这主要是对标准条款执行的误读和错误理解，网传产品仅为个别企业的车型，并非行业主流设计、主流产品，标准中完全没有这样的规定，我们公司的产品也坚决不会有这样的设计。目前，我公司已推出符合新国标的车型，契合消费者日常出行场景，如优化座椅舒适性与承重设计，满足安全携带儿童的需求，也安装了后视镜等，能够很好地满足消费者的使用需求。
