于股份发行协议完成后，公司向认购人配发及发行691.38万股股份，占发行认购股份后公司已发行股本的约0.40%。配发及发行认购股份的所得款项总额约为7.78亿港元(按每股认购股份112.56港元的认购价计算)，而所得款项净额约为7.77亿港元。
