智通财经APP讯，正干金融控股(01152)公布，于2025年12月2日，公司接获Rosy Benefit发出的转换通知，行使其权利将本金额为4000万港元的可换股债券， 按每股换股股份0.073港元的换股价转换为约5.48亿股换股股份。因应上述可换股债券所附带的换股权获行使，公司将根据特别授权配发及发行约5.48亿股换股股份予认购人。
