Nido Education (ASX:NDO) completed the acquisition of two services from its incubators, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Last month, the company said it would acquire the two services for a combined purchase price of around AU$7 million, a separate filing showed.
The services each have an occupancy above 90%, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Monday trade.
