智通财经APP获悉，金融科技公司SoFi Technologies(SOFI.US)正寻求通过股票发售筹集 15 亿美元，以推进其从贷款业务向其他产品领域的多元化发展。
根据周四的一份声明，该公司正与高盛集团合作进行此次股票发售。据知情人士透露，SoFi 提供的股票价格在每股 27.50 美元至 28.50 美元之间。该价格区间较周四收盘价 29.60 美元，折价高达 7.1%。
声明显示，SoFi 计划将所得收益用于包括增强其资本状况和新的商业机会等目的。
在盘后交易中，SoFi 股价下跌 5.8%，至每股 27.89 美元。截至周四收盘，其股价今年已累计上涨 92%。
SoFi 在 10 月 28 日报告称，其第三季度调整后净营收达到 9.496 亿美元，创下历史纪录，超过了分析师预期的 8.982 亿美元。首席执行官安东尼·诺托当时表示，该公司在贷款以外客户服务方面的扩张体现在了盈利上，帮助推动了第三季度的创纪录业绩。
该公司在 11 月宣布，用户可以加入 SoFi Crypto 的等候名单以获得优先访问权，从而能够买卖数十种加密货币。
