12月5日，瀚华金控（03903）发布公告，公司就2025年11月12日及2025年11月21日的通函内容进行了澄清。
公告中提到，关于通过累积投票制选举非独立董事的议案4和通过累积投票制选举所有董事的议案6，两项议案由不同提案人提出，并且不可同时实施。若两项议案均通过，公司将根据法律和公司章程召开的股东会重新审议这两项议案。
此外，董事会对议案6的投票建议作出修改，认为将非独立董事与独立董事通过单项议案以累积投票制选举并不妥当，认为此举不符合公司及全体股东的整体利益，因此不建议股东对议案6投赞成票。
公告还提到，因公司要求，股份于2025年3月27日下午1时29分起在联交所暂停交易，暂停将持续至另行通知。
