永泰地产(00369.HK) 执行董事兼销售及市务总监杨聪永近日接受传媒访问时表示，未来10至20年北部都会区将成为带动经济发展的全新引擎，未来该区亦可吸引更多高端人口迁入定居，集团旗下毗邻粉岭高尔夫球场的全新盘云向，部署明年新春前后登场。
杨聪永表示，北都将是香港未来经济发展的全新引擎，预计随高新科技产业未来相继落户区内，加上特区政府继续积极吸纳专才、优才到港，北都未来的人口结构将现重大转变，吸引到本地及大湾区高端客源到区内定居，因此看好北都一带的一手新盘的租务及买卖情况。
他续指，港铁北环线预计2034年落成，可进一步推动北都发展，中长线而言，北区全新一手物业的楼价，有力跑赢大围、沙田等传统东铁线沿线区域。
杨聪永认为，集团旗下粉锦公路全新盘、毗邻粉岭高尔夫球场的云向，正部署于明年首季登场，预计明年新春前后开盘，开价会参考大围、沙田区等新盘。
另外，他表示，原先预计楼价明年可升3%至5%，但现时已修订为看升5%至8%，即上调约3个百分点。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
