DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) appointed Michael Juniper as chief executive, effective Monday, succeeding Chris Maher, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Juniper was the founding executive of AirTrunk, per the filing.
Maher will work closely with Juniper over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition, the filing added.
