智通财经APP讯，云南建投混凝土(01847)公布，于2025年11月28日，由该集团统筹实施的安宁年处理 100万吨磷石膏+100万吨工业固废绿色建材产业园项目(一期)正式投产。该项目(一期)由云南建投磷石膏综合利用产业技术有限公司负责项目管理工作，包括项目建设管理、设备购置管理、产品生产管理、产品销售管理及日常生产经营管理。
云南建投磷石膏公司由该公司与云南省建设投资控股集团有限公司(云南建投)各持股 40%，云南建设基础设施投资股份有限公司持股20%，并由公司实际控制并作为公司的附属公司合并入集团的财务报表。
安宁磷石膏综合利用项目(一期)按云南省省级研发中心标准打造研发及试验检测中心，并建设智慧控制中心，实现全自动生产及安防管理。项目(一期)投产后，可实现日生产道路水稳材料、水泥缓凝剂及无害化改性生态修复材料5,000吨，磷石膏人造石骨料及混凝土500吨。
投产仪式上，云南建投磷石膏公司与多家塬材料供应商分别签署原材料供应战略合作协议，并与多家水泥企业签署合计200万吨磷石膏水泥缓凝剂产品意向销售合作协议。
