　　截至目前，全市已累计培育省级智能建造试点企业5家、智能建造试点项目5个，市级智能建造示范企业（基地）22家、示范项目43个，7项经验做法入选住建部《发展智能建造可复制经验做法清单》。

　　围绕智能建造提质扩面发展要求，嘉兴还将进一步发挥示范企业、试点项目的示范引领作用。“我们将聚焦技术推广、企业培育与人才建设协同发力，持续深化全过程BIM应用、装配式装修等技术，完善产业生态，全面推动建筑业向工业化、数字化、绿色化转型升级，助力打造‘好房子’嘉兴样板。”嘉兴市建设局相关负责人表示。
