Binance全球运营将转移至阿布扎比全球市场，服务提供商已变更

BlockBeats 消息，12 月 8 日，据官方公告，Binance 已获得阿布扎比全球市场（ADGM）金融服务监管局（FSRA）的完整监管授权，Binance 的运营将转移到新的监管架构，自 2026 年 01 月 05 日 16:00（东八区时间）起，Binance 服务将通过三家获得 ADGM 许可的实体提供，每家实体根据其所获监管权限发挥特定作用：

Nest Exchange Services Limited：作为“认可的投资交易平台（获准运营多边交易设施）”—负责所有交易平台相关活动，包括现货和衍生品交易。

Nest Clearing and Custody Limited：作为“认可的清算所（获准提供托管服务）”，负责清算和结算—为交易平台衍生品交易的中央对手方，并保障用户的数字资产安全。

Nest Trading Limited：作为“经纪交易商”—负责场外交易活动和自营服务（例如，场外交易、闪兑、理财）。

此前，所有 Binance 服务主要由 Nest Services Limited（获得许可后将更名为“Nest Exchange Limited”）提供。自 2026 年 01 月 05 日起，这些 Binance 服务将由 Nest Exchange Services Limited、Nest Clearing and Custody Limited 和 Nest Trading Limited 提供。
