新浪科技讯 12月5日上午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，小米近日宣布人事调整，任命孙谦担任天星数科总裁兼战略投资部总经理，向集团副总裁、CFO林世伟汇报。

　　另外，原天星数科总裁岳凯则调任财务部，担任财务部副总裁，向集团副总裁、CFO林世伟汇报。孙谦与岳凯的职位相当于进行了对调。

　　天星数科的前身为小米金融，2019年，小米金融更名为小米数科；2020年，小米数科再次更名为天星数科；2022年9月，小米任命林世伟兼任天星数科董事长，向集团CEO雷军汇报。任命原数字产业金融部总经理岳凯担任天星数科总裁，向天星数科董事长林世伟汇报。

　　资料显示，孙谦曾在普华永道工作并主导IPO合规审计，加入小米后作为财务负责人，负责财务规划和资金管理；岳凯此前曾在民生银行任职，2018年加入小米，先后担任小米供应链金融总经理、数字产业金融部总经理、天星数科总裁等职位。
