Australian Ethical Investment (ASX:AEF) said the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority's decision to impose additional licence conditions on unit Australian Ethical Superannuation, is not expected to impact shares price or value, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The conditions do not impose financial penalties and are narrow in scope, the filing said.

They require the unit to appoint an independent expert to review related-party arrangement between the company and its unit, the filing added.

The cost to address these conditions is not expected to have an impact on the company's earnings, the company said.
