消息面上，重塑能源即将迎来解禁。据公司此前发布的公告，其首次公开发售前投资者及现有股东禁售期最后一天为2025年12月5日。公开资料显示，重塑能源专注于氢燃料电池系统、氢能装备及相关零部件的设计、开发、制造和销售，并提供氢燃料电池工程开发服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，按2023年已售重卡氢燃料电池系统的总输出功率、总销售输出功率、总销售额计，重塑能源均位居中国氢燃料电池系统市场第一，市场份额分别为23.8%、42.4%、29.4%。
