12月5日消息，蔚来法务部发微博表示，恶意诋毁蔚来，多个网络账号被判赔偿道歉。

　　网络账号“电动汽车叨逼叨”等持有人苏楚元，自2023年起在多个平台以专业解读财务报告为名，恶意攻击蔚来经营及财务状况，借此实现违规引流、不当牟利。经法院一审判决，其行为侵害蔚来合法权益，判令其向蔚来赔偿并公开赔礼道歉。

　　网络账号“中文科技”等持有人谢贤胜，恶意编造并多次散布涉及蔚来的资本市场不实信息，以此博取关注、违规引流。法院近期作出一审判决，认定其行为侵害蔚来合法权益，判令其对蔚来赔偿并公开赔礼道歉。

　　蔚来将持续响应工信部等六部门关于开展汽车行业网络乱象专项整治行动的号召，坚决运用法律手段，打击包括恶意曲解企业财务状况、蓄意攻击企业产品及服务等在内的各类侵权行为，切实维护企业和用户的合法权益，携手共建清朗网络空间。
