随着XR扩展现实技术与人工智能技术加速融合，XR智能终端正成为连接虚实世界的关键载体。日前，北京首个XR智能终端产业专项政策在北京经济技术开发区发布，以“共享工厂”为代表的创新模式，正吸引上百家重点企业集聚，共同推动产业升级。
“共享工厂”模式鼓励企事业单位整合资源，开放标准化产线，为XR等智能终端产品提供从概念验证到中试的全流程服务。
此次发布的《北京经济技术开发区关于推动XR智能终端产业高质量发展的若干措施》提出，对认定的共享生产平台，将给予最高不超过项目总投资30%、金额达5000万元的支持，以降低创新门槛。目前，该模式已吸引上百家重点企业落户。
参会企业代表 吴斐：“共享工厂”它可以让你很容易地实现你的想法，验证市场。现在XR行业都处在快速满足需求的一个阶段，我们特别希望能够把我们好的产品和高端制造尽快结合起来。
此外，以“共享工厂”为核心的“智能眼镜产业创新平台”也同步启动，将为行业提供专业检验检测服务。
在同期举办的2025年XR智能终端产业大会上，数十家企业展示了最新产品，现场新签约投资额累计达30亿元。
北京经开区信息技术产业局局长 郭泽邦：在核心领域鼓励企业去开展技术突破，来打造规模化的生产基地；也鼓励创建这些XR体验店，来培育我们消费新场景。
