乐舒适（02698）发布公告，宣布其超额配股权已于2025年12月5日悉数行使，涉及合共1363万股股份，约占超额配股权行使前全球发售初步可供提呈发售股份总数的15%。超额配发股份将按每股26.2港元发行，所得款项净额约3.45亿港元。
此外，全球发售的稳定价格期已于同日结束，稳定价格操作人根据借股协议向CENTURY INDUSTRIAL LTD借入的股份将根据协议条款返还。
超额配发股份的上市及买卖已获联交所上市委员会批准，预计将于2025年12月10日开始交易。完成超额配股权行使后，公众持股量将达到2.33亿股，占已发行股本的37.68%。
