智通财经APP讯，PERFECTECH INTL(00765)发布公告，由于供股章程所载有关供股的所有条件已获达成，故供股已于2025年11月28日(星期五)下午四时正成为无条件。
于2025年11月28日(星期五)下午四时正(即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请超额供股股份及缴付股款的最后时限)：就暂定配额通知书项下暂定配额接获的有效接纳合共17份，合共涉及9730.36万股供股股份，相当于供股项下合共可供认购的1.63亿股供股股份约59.53%;及就超额申请表格项下超额供股股份接获的有效申请合共7份，合共涉及7764.45万股超额供股股份，相当于供股项下合共可供认购的1.63亿股供股股份约47.50%。
于合并计算后，就暂定配额通知书及超额申请表格项下合共1.75亿股供股股份接获24份有效接纳及有效申请，相当于供股项下合共可供认购的1.63亿股供股股份约107.03%。
根据上述结果，供股获超额认购1148.64万股供股股份，相当于供股项下合共可供认购的1.63亿股供股股份约7.03%。
