智通财经APP讯，协鑫新能源(00451)公布，于2025年12月5日(交易时段后)，武汉协鑫(公司的间接全资附属公司)与浙江鑫宏(协鑫能科的间接非全资附属公司)订立分布式光伏项目的 PC协议。据此，武汉协鑫(作为承包人)将为浙江鑫宏(作为发包人)位于中国江苏省扬州高新区，建设容量7.137兆瓦的分布式光伏项目提供PC服务。合同总价约为人民币1642万元(含税)。
于同日，武汉协鑫与浙江鑫宏订立屋顶光伏项目的PC协议。据此，武汉协鑫(作为承包人)将为浙江鑫宏(作为发包人)位于中国江苏省苏州市，建设容量17.97兆瓦的屋顶光伏项目提供建设及并网服务。合同总价约为人民币712万元(含税)
