于2025年12月5日(星期五)下午四时正(即要约文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期)，要约人已接获与总计45.7万股要约股份有关的有效接纳(接纳股份)，约占本公司于本公告日期全部已发行股本的1.14%。
紧随执行后及于要约期开始前，要约人、罗先生及与彼等任何一方一致行动人士持有本公司2755.9万股股份，约占本公司全部已发行股本的68.90%。
紧随要约截止后及于本公告日期，经计及要约人、罗先生及与彼等任何一方一致行动人士已持有的2755.9万股股份;与要约项下的接纳股份有关的有效接纳(须完成向要约人转让该等接纳股份)，要约人、罗先生及与彼等任何一方一致行动人士于合共 2801.6万股股份中拥有权益，占本公司全部已发行股本的70.04%。
