12月5日金融一线消息，重庆银行发布公告称，该行于 2025 年 6 月 19 日在上海证券交易所网站披露了《关于股东权益变动的提示性公告》。第一大股东重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司（以下简称“渝富资本”）控股股东重庆渝富控股集团有限公司（以下简称“渝富控股”）董事会审议通过，将渝富控股子公司中国四联仪器仪表集团有限公司（以下简称“四联集团”），以及四联集团子公司重庆川仪微电路有限责任公司（以下简称“川仪微电路”）持有的重庆银行A 股股份无偿划转至渝富控股持有。上述划转事项完成后，渝富资本及其一致行动人的构成将发生变动，四联集团、川仪微电路将不再是渝富资本的一致行动人，渝富控股将成为渝富资本的一致行动人。
近日，重庆银行收到渝富资本告知函，上述无偿划转事项已完成非交易过户。
