智通财经APP获悉，西南航空$(LUV)$周五发布业绩指引更新后股价走低。该公司表示，由于政府停摆导致收入减少及燃油价格上涨的影响，目前预计2025年全年息税前利润约为5亿美元，低于此前6亿至8亿美元的预期区间。提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件中未披露其他指引信息。
西南航空强调，在政府停摆引发的需求暂时下滑后，当前预订量已恢复至先前预期水平。
本周早些时候，达美航空表示，政府停摆使其损失2亿美元，但进入2026年的需求前景看起来强劲。
此次政府停摆加剧了全国范围内空中交通管制员短缺问题，扰乱了航空出行。在这次长达40多天的停摆期间，空管人员属于必须工作但无法按时获得薪水的联邦工作人员之列。
特朗普政府要求航空公司削减航班计划并取消航班，不过在停摆的最后几天，航班取消和延误情况比强制削减的要求更为严重。
