智通财经APP讯，易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，本公司因境外债务持有人对重组的大力支持而备受鼓舞，并欣然宣布，截至2025 年12月5日下午五时正(香港时间)，占境外债务未偿还本金总额约62.35%的境外债务持有人已加入及/或已同意并正采取措施加入重组支持协议。该等境外债务持有人须受重组支持协议的约束，犹如彼等在有效签署及提交其各自的加入函及受限制票据通知后以同意债权人身份为该协议的塬有订约方。

自该公告以来，本公司已收到若干票据持有人的反馈，表示彼等将支持重组，但需要更多时间完成内部及加入流程。本公司谨此宣布，本公司已即时将重组支持协议截止期限由2025年12月5日下午四时正(伦敦时间)延长至2026年1月9日下午四时正(伦敦时间)(延长的重组支持协议截止期限)。

票据持有人于该延长的重组支持协议截止期限前向重组支持协议提交正式签立的加入函及受限制票据通知，即为支付重组指导费的条件之一(其中包括该公告进一步载列的其他条件)。

重组支持协议及该公告所载的不可撤销重组支持邀请的所有其他条款及条件将维持不变。

本公司诚挚并持续邀请各票据持有人于该延长的重组支持协议截止期限前提交正式签署的重组支持协议加入函及受限制票据通知，以使得重组能够以符合境外债务持有人及本公司整体利益的有效方式进行。
