Heiwa Real Estate REIT (TYO:8966) has completed the acquisition of the property HF Oshiage Residence in Tokyo's Sumida ward for 2.14 billion yen.
The company also appointed Tokyu Housing Lease as both the property and master lease manager for the residential asset, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
