智通财经APP讯，现代牙科(03600)发布公告，本公司接获本公司控股股东Triera Holdings Limited(Triera)的通知，于2025年12月5日，陈冠峰先生已向CKF Family Limited转让50股Triera股份(占Triera已发行股本的50%)，以作为不可撤销的馈赠(股份转让)。
CKF Family Limited为一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司。CKF Family Limited的全部已发行股本由TMF (Cayman) Ltd.(受托人，身为及作为由本公司控股股东及非执行董事陈冠峰先生设立的全权信托(CKF信托)的受托人)为其家族的利益持有。本公司获告知股份转让乃为实施陈冠峰先生的家族规划及继承安排。
紧随股份转让后，Triera由CKF Family Limited、陈冠斌先生、陈奕朗医生及陈奕茹女士分别拥有50股、20股、16股及14股股份，分别占Triera已发行股本的 50%、20%、16%及14%。根据陈冠峰先生(作为CKF信托保护委员会的财产授予人及唯一成员)及陈冠斌先生于2015年8月10日订立的确认函，彼等继续就股份采取一致行动。
