12月5日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局发布关于青岛即墨惠民村镇银行股权变更的批复，同意青岛农村商业银行股份有限公司受让吉林九台农村商业银行股份有限公司持有的该行11800万股股份。受让后，上述股东不再持有该行股份，青岛农村商业银行股份有限公司持有该行11800万股股份，持股比例由0%变更为59%。
