智通财经APP讯，中国信息科技(08178)发布公告，配售协议所载全部条件已获达成，且配售事项已于2025年12月5日完成。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件，成功向不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.28港元配售合共1400万股配售股份。
1400万股配售股份相当于紧接完成前于本公告日期本公司现有已发行股本约13.90%以及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约12.20%。
配售事项所得款项总额将为392万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除配售事项的配售佣金及其他相关开支后)将约为382万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用于偿还到期债务;及本集团的一般营运资金。
