智通财经APP讯，华讯(00833)发布公告，于2025年12月9日，本公司(作为买方)与卖方动能创科有限公司(作为卖方)订立买卖协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售而本公司有条件同意购买目标公司51%的投入资本，代价为200万美元。于完成后，目标公司将成为本公司的间接非全资附属公司，其财务业绩、资产及负债亦将并入本集团的财务报表。
目标公司Momentum Industrial (Vietnam) Limited为一间根据越南法律注册成立的有限公司，主要从事制造电讯、医疗保健、家庭自动化及工业电子元件。
董事会认为，收购事项是本集团战略发展的重要一步，旨在将其生产设施扩展至其他亚洲国家，以满足客户不断变化的需求。本集团计划在目标公司现有营运基础上提升管理效率并整合资源。收购事项将使本集团于越南拥有自有生产设施，此举将提升本集团生产设施的灵活性，从而更完善地服务客户。基于上述因素，董事会认为收购事项符合本公司及其股东的整体利益，并与本集团的长期战略目标相契合。
