智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月11日，中国再保险(01508)股东将股票由华盛资本证券转入中信里昂证券，转仓市值3.60亿港元，占比3.37%。
中国再保险(01508)发布公告，有关公司附属公司中国财产再保险有限责任公司(中再产险)完成在全国银行间债券市场公开发行十年期本金总额为人民币40亿元资本补充债券(本期债券)的相关事宜。诚如该等公告所述，根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，中再产险在第五年末享有附条件的赎回权。
截至公告日期，经报中国人民银行和国家金融监督管理总局备案后，中再产险已完成赎回权的行使，全额赎回本期债券。
