韩国国土交通部周五表示，政府计划增加国家支持的海外基础设施基金，以加强韩国建筑商争取全球大型建设和开发项目的融资能力。

　　该计划是在当天召开的经济部长会议上通过的，旨在帮助韩国企业超越传统的工程、采购和建设（EPC）合同，通过将工程专业知识与长期融资相结合，作为大型开发商进行竞争。

　　为此，政府将大幅增加海外基础设施投资基金，包括通过海外基础设施和城市开发公司（KIND）运营的企业配套基金。

　　这些基金允许KIND和私营企业以50：50的比例共同投资海外项目。

　　与此同时，政府还计划与韩国进出口银行共同设立共同基金，并推进合作融资等，加强与全球开发企业和多边开发银行（MDB）的合作。

　　此外，为使基础设施产业的规制体系现代化，将修订1975年制定的《海外建设促进法》。
