2025年12月11日，范东辞任执行董事及雇员董事后，范东亦将辞任公司联席行政总裁; 罗韶颖将接替范东出任联席行政总裁; 由于公司的战略发展及营运管理需要，张爱明将辞任联席行政总裁; 易琳将获委任为联席行政总裁;易琳将辞任薪酬委员会成员;及胡小林将获委任为薪酬委员会成员。
王侃将获委任为监事，自2025年12月11日起生效，而毛盾将辞任监事及监事会主席，以将更多时间投入其他事务，自2025年12月11日起生效。王侃将于获委任为监事后接替毛盾出任监事会主席。
