Shake Shack Stepping Up Loyalty -- Market Talk

1027 ET - Loyalty programs are becoming table stakes for restaurants trying to reach consumers seeking a good value, and Shake Shack says it needs to step up its game. Young people particularly won't visit restaurants if they don't earn points through a loyalty program, a barrier to Shake Shack's sales growth, CEO Rob Lynch says at an investor conference.
