智通财经APP讯，慧居科技(02481)公布，于2025年12月11日，公司与双良战新订立增资协议。 根据增资协议，(i)双良战新同意认购双良睿能(公司于增资协议日期的全资附属公司)人民币400万元的股本，及(ii)于增资完成后，双良睿能的注册资本将由人民币600万元增加至人民币1000万元，该公司于双良睿能之股权将由100%摊薄至60%，而双良战新于双良睿能的股权将由0%增加至 40%。
公告称，双良战新拥有与该集团工业巡检机器人开发相辅相成的行业资源、技术知识及相关能源站场景。通过本次增资，集团与双良战新将能够联合开发机器人产品并加速其商业化进程，从而扩大双良睿能的潜在市场覆盖范围，并在双方之间产生业务协同效应。本次增资亦将增强双良睿能的运营能力，支持集团在智能能源站运营领域的战略发展。
