金吾财讯 | 餐饮股随大市走强，截至发稿，九毛九(09922)涨4.82%，海底捞(06862)涨4.14%，百胜中国(09987)涨2.63%，呷哺呷哺(00520)涨2.50%，小菜园(00999)涨2.54%，奈雪的茶(02150)涨1.92%。12月10日，国家统计局公布数据显示，11月份CPI同比上涨0.7%，涨幅比上月扩大0.5个百分点，为2024年3月份以来最高，同比涨幅扩大主要是食品价格由降转涨拉动。其中，扩内需政策措施继续显效，家用器具和服装价格分别上涨4.9%和2.0%，飞机票、家政服务和在外餐饮价格分别上涨7.0%、2.4%和1.2%。万联证券发布研报称，2024年国内服务消费在居民消费中的占比已恢复至46%，接近50%的结构性临界点，行业预计将迈入快速增长阶段，成为拉动内需、提振消费的关键引擎。相较商品消费，服务消费因提供个性化互动与独特体验而具备更高的成长弹性与用户黏性，投资空间广阔。建议关注：（1）连锁餐饮/茶饮：连锁化加速推进，拥有品牌护城河与供应链优势的连锁龙头将更具发展空间，建议关注具备规模效应且业绩弹性突出的连锁餐饮与新茶饮企业。
