12月5日-7日，由《中国企业家》杂志社主办的“2025（第二十三届）《中国企业家》影响力企业家年会”（原中国企业领袖年会）在北京举行，主题为“涌现·无限——共创智能商业新形态”。呷哺呷哺集团创始人、董事长贺光启出席并演讲。
贺光启谈到，一个企业能不能持久，产品是最主要的核心。他表示，呷哺公司做了三十几年，是消费者的心里非常最认可的一个小火锅的品牌，最核心的就是对产品的坚持。
据他透露，呷哺公司为了提供更好的食材给消费者，全资的收购了国家级龙头的屠宰企业。“我们从羊肉牛肉的前期的深加工，包括我们自己也有将近四万平米的调料厂，就是确保我们给予消费者的产品能够始终如一。”
贺光启认为，只有好的产品，才能够赢得消费者的心。
