C.banner International (HKG:1028) completed the issue of 415.4 million shares to nine subscribers at HK$0.205 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$80 million, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The clothes retailer first entered into the share issue agreements on Oct. 30.
