智通财经APP获悉，中广核矿业(01164)重挫逾8%，截至发稿，跌8%，报2.99港元，成交额1.93亿港元。
消息面上，哈萨克斯坦提出的有关加强对铀矿开采合资企业监管的草案已获下议院通过，目前正等待参议院审议。该草案要求，哈原工在与合资企业续签合同时，哈原工表示，目前正与合资伙伴进行谈判，部分伙伴对这项提案提出保留意见。
招银国际发布研报称，鉴于未来十年铀供应紧张，哈萨克斯坦的政策转变事实上并不完全出乎意料之外。该行指出，新政策对中广核矿业的储量所有权影响轻微。但可能会给该行的目标倍数带来不确定性。暂时维持目标估值不变，但将持续关注政策变化的进展。
