消息面上，近日，北辰实业股份有限公司召开2025年第三季度业绩说明会，会上投资者提出”回购“相关话题时，董事会秘书兼总会计师朱岩回应称，公司高度重视市值管理工作，并制定了《 北辰实业市值管理办法》及《北辰实业估值提升计划》，将常态化、系统化开展市值管理工作，推动市值与公司内在价值相匹配。
朱岩指出，公司控股股东北辰集团自2024年7月10日至2025年7月7日实施了增持公司股份的计划，提振了资本市场对公司未来发展的信心及长期投资价值的认可。此外，北辰集团已开展新一轮增持计划，拟于2025年10月14日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式增持公司A股股份，累计增持金额不低于人民币4500万元，不超过人民币9000万元，增持比例不超过公司总股本的2%。
