ChainCatcher 消息，根据向美国证券交易委员会提交的 8-K 表格，KindlyMD 旗下比特币加密财库（DAT）公司 Nakamoto Holdings 于 12 月 9 日与 Kraken 完成一笔 2.1 亿美元 USDT 计价贷款，固定期限贷款年利率为 8.00%，将于 2026 年 12 月 4 日到期。该笔贷款以价值至少 3.234 亿美元的比特币作为抵押，抵押品由 Kraken 关联公司 Payward Financial 保管，三方均签署了共享账户控制协议。Nakamoto Holdings 将利用 Kraken 贷款所得款项，全额偿还其根据 2025 年 10 月 6 日与 Antalpha Digital 签订的主贷款协议所授予的未偿还定期贷款项下的义务。
Nakamoto Holdings 在今年 8 月启动比特币财库运营，BTC Inc. 联合创始人 David Bailey 担任首席执行官。拥有美国唯一联邦特许数字资产银行的 Anchorage Digital 将提供比特币托管和交易服务。
